Cappuccino PT is an out-of-network provider.

What does that mean for you?

Payment and Insurance

Quality Care. Personalized Treatment. Real Results.

At Cappuccino Physical Therapy, we believe women deserve more than rushed appointments, generic exercises, and treatment plans dictated by insurance companies.

You deserve to be heard, to understand what's happening in your body, and to receive the individualized care you need to get back to the activities you love—without pain, leakage, or other pelvic floor symptoms.

That's why we've intentionally chosen to be an out-of-network pelvic floor physical therapy practice.

This allows us to put YOU first, providing exceptional, one-on-one care without many of the restrictions that can come with insurance-based treatment.

WHY WE CHOOSE TO BE AN OUT-OF-NETWORK PROVIDER

One-on-One Care. Every Visit.

In many traditional insurance-based physical therapy clinics, low reimbursement rates can put pressure on therapists to see three to four patients per hour, often relying on aides or assistants to help manage treatment.

While this model may work for some types of physical therapy, we believe pelvic floor physical therapy deserves a different approach.

Pelvic health concerns are often complex and sensitive, requiring dedicated time and privacy.

That's why every appointment at Cappuccino Physical Therapy is a full 60 minutes, one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in treating the pelvic floor.

You'll work directly with your physical therapist for your entire session, allowing us to provide the attention and care you deserve.

Your Treatment Plan Is Based on YOUR Needs, Not Insurance Restrictions.

No two women are the same, and neither are their pelvic health concerns.

Being out-of-network gives us the flexibility to look at the whole body and make clinical decisions based on what's best for you, rather than insurance restrictions, visit limits, or treatment authorizations.

We Believe in Being Proactive, Not Just Reactive.

Insurance companies typically require a medical diagnosis and documented symptoms to cover physical therapy, leaving little room for preventative care. We don’t have to do that here.

Our model allows us to take a proactive approach to pelvic health, rather than waiting until symptoms become a problem. Whether that means getting a baseline pelvic floor assessment before pregnancy, preparing your body for childbirth to reduce the risk of injury, or addressing changes in pelvic health before symptoms worsen during perimenopause and menopause, we believe prevention is just as important as treatment.

TRANSPARENT PRICING - NO SURPRISE BILLS

We understand that investing in your health is an important decision, and we want you to know exactly what to expect.

Our pricing is straightforward:

Initial Evaluation: $275

Follow-Up Appointments: $260

Pelvic floor physical therapy isn't a one-time fix! Patients who attend consistently, typically weekly or every other week for a few months, often make the most meaningful and lasting progress toward their goals.

CAN I USE MY INSURANCE?

Although we do not bill insurance directly, you may still be eligible for reimbursement through your out-of-network physical therapy benefits.

Payment is collected directly by Cappuccino Physical Therapy, and we can provide a detailed receipt called a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Reimbursement varies depending on your individual insurance plan and is not guaranteed.

We recommend contacting your insurance company before your first appointment to better understand your benefits.

How Payment Works

Payment is due at the time of your appointment. If you book your appointment online, payment is collected at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.

We require a credit card on file for all appointments.

Upon request, we can provide a superbill for eligible physical therapy services that you may submit to your insurance company.
