About Cappuccino Physical Therapy
At Cappuccino Physical Therapy, our mission is to support women through every stage of life—from pre-pregnancy to postpartum to menopause—helping them return to the activities they love without pelvic floor symptoms holding them back.
A note from owner and founder, Dr. Rachael Cappuccino:
Working in traditional healthcare settings, I saw firsthand why women with pelvic floor symptoms struggled to get better: their sessions were rushed, their concerns were often dismissed, and they were constantly being told their life-altering symptoms were “normal”.
I started Cappuccino Physical Therapy because I knew that women deserved better. WAY better.
Becoming a mom changed what I wanted the clinic to feel like. I wanted the flexibility to be present for my kids, and I wanted my patients to have the same. To come in, do the work, and get back to their lives without pelvic floor symptoms stealing the moments that should have been memories. So we made it our mission.
I’m genuinely so proud of what this clinic has become. Whatever brought you here, I’m glad you found us. Let’s get you better.

“Dr. Rachael has always been so supportive and helpful, answering my questions and explaining things in depth so I could understand. She never makes me feel like my worries are overblown and never makes you feel like you're taking up her time. She truly cares and that goes such a long way, especially when dealing with sensitive issues. She's truly the best and I am so happy I was referred to Cappuccino Physical Therapy!”
