“Rachael is amazing! She helped me navigate through my pregnancy and postpartum period and feel comfortable with the exercises I was doing knowing what would help my pelvic floor. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, she makes you feel so comfortable during each session. I firmly believe by consistently working with Rachael I was able to get back to feeling like myself so much faster!” -Holly.
Would highly recommend Rachael! Wish I saw her sooner. She has been helping me as I prepare to have Baby #2 and her insights and exercises have made me more aware of things I didn’t know could be fixed! Every woman should see a pelvic floor therapist whether single, married, a mother, etc. and Rachael will make the experience a comfortable and worthwhile one.

Rachael has helped me so much in my postpartum recovery. There is no way I’d be where I’m at now without her. I just wish I started seeing her while I was pregnant. The best!—Mary
Pelvic health is complex.
I have seen quite a few Pelvic Floor PTs postpartum and Rachael is, in my opinion, the best! I struggled with leaking while working out. Rachael is extremely skilled and knowledgeable. She is constantly staying up to date with the newest information and has helped me tremendously. I will definitely continue seeing her during and after my next pregnancies!—Meghan S.
You deserve to work with a pelvic floor physical therapist who will give you undivided attention, validate your concerns and address the root cause of your issues. At Cappuccino Physical Therapy, you will work one-on-one with your Doctor of Physical Therapy for 1 hour. You will never be passed off to an aide or just hooked up to a machine to do Kegels. We feel that 30 minutes is not enough time to address the pelvic floor and that you should be working with a pelvic floor physical therapist who SPECIALIZES in pelvic floor dysfunction. This is so much more complex than just Kegels. We will create an individualized program tailored to your specific needs, educate you on how to manage your symptoms, and empower you to take control of your health. You owe it to yourself to prioritize self care as a mom, no matter how old your kids are.
We provide customized, hour long sessions with a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in pelvic floor that will allow you to:
Run, jump, and lift without fear of leaking
Hold your kids without pain
