about us
at cappuccino physical therapy, we believe too many women live with symptoms that are common, but not normal during pregnancy and postpartum. our goal is to change that.
We believe pelvic floor physical therapy should be the norm for pregnant and postpartum women.
Meet the Team
Rachael is a Conejo Valley native and a Mom of two. She started Cappuccino Physical Therapy after the births of her two children because she believes that an active lifestyle does not end with motherhood. Having experienced both a vaginal delivery and a cesarean, Rachael understands the physical challenges that come with pregnancy and recovery from birth. Too many women accept these challenges as their new reality when she firmly believes that most can be treated with pelvic floor physical therapy.
Rachael has been practicing physical therapy since receiving her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2014. Rachael has trained through Herman and Wallace and also has taken many courses specializing in pelvic health and the female athlete returning to sport postpartum. She is also a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach and Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. She believes that every pregnant and postpartum woman should receive pelvic floor physical therapy in order to perform whatever activity they desire, even after having children. Rachael enjoys running, exercising and spending time with her husband and two beautiful children.

DR. KUN MAN LI
Kun Man began working as a physical therapist in 2012. Her training and clinical practice has taken her to Singapore, Scotland, Australia and now, the United States. Kun Man began working in pelvic rehabilitation in 2015. Her interest in the field grew as she experienced how impactful and essential pelvic rehabilitation is. Kun Man is Herman and Wallace trained. She believes that the pelvic floor is closely interconnected to our larger neuromuscular system, posture, breathing, daily habits, and mental health. She takes a whole system approach in her evaluation and treatment of clients. Being able to partner with women in all stages of life to overcome their pelvic health issues and emerge stronger, more confident and more comfortable brings Kun Man great joy. She hopes to use her therapeutic skills and education to help women achieve their valued goals.
Outside the clinic, Kun Man enjoys family time, craftwork and experimenting with recipes in the kitchen. Pregnancy and motherhood has made her appreciate movement and exercise more than ever. In this season, this often involves pushing a double jogger to different playgrounds while singing to her girls!
Aubrey has been working in pelvic health since she became a physical therapist in 2016. Her love for women’s health started when she saw that there were options for people who were struggling with leakage and pelvic pain and believed it to be normal! She believed this gave women hope and she wanted to be a part of it. Aubrey is Herman and Wallace trained and has been continuing her education in the pelvic health world since 2016. She really enjoys using subtle curing, light touch and movement to encourage the body to function at maximum capacity. Her kindness allows her to celebrate in the big moments and listen in the difficult moments. Women deserve to laugh without leaking, jump care free, and feel strong during pregnancy.
When she isn’t working you may see her around town with her two boys and husband. They love to explore new places and eat interesting foods. She also finds joy in cooking and baking, especially a recipe she hasn’t tried! Family takes them back to Tennessee and Florida as well.
Aubrey exclusively offers virtual appointments helping to accommodate patients with limited travel and scheduling options.
